Identify talented athletes, build relationships with coaches, clubs, and families, and guide prospects through the early stages of the recruitment process. This role is ideal for former athletes, coaches, or anyone with strong connections in sport.
- Strong communication skills
- Sports background or recruiting network
- Self-driven and organized

Create videos, graphics, photography, and written content that showcases athletes and grows the TASG brand across digital platforms.
- Experience with video editing, graphic design, or photography
- Strong storytelling skills
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio preferred
Help build TASG's online presence through content planning, community management, campaigns, copywriting, and brand development.
- Social media experience

- Interest in sports and digital marketing
Support athletes throughout the admissions, eligibility, and visa process while coordinating with schools, families, and the TASG team.
- Highly organized

- Comfortable managing documents and timelines

Build relationships with brands, businesses, collectives, and strategic partners to create NIL and commercial opportunities for TASG athletes. You'll identify new partnership opportunities, support negotiations, and help expand TASG's network.

- Confident networking with brands and organizations
- Organized and proactive approach to managing partnerships
- Previous sales, marketing, agency, or partnership experience is a plus
