Our Story

TASG was founded in 2025 by former athletes who understand that the right opportunity can change the course of a life.

Before we represented athletes, we were athletes ourselves. We know the uncertainty of chasing bigger opportunities, balancing academics and sport, recovering from setbacks, and making decisions that shape your future. We also know how difficult the recruiting process can feel when you don’t have the right guidance or people in your corner.

Those experiences became the foundation of TASG.

We built the agency we wish we had when we were in our athletes’ shoes—one that puts people before placements, relationships before transactions, and long-term success ahead of short-term results.

Today, we work alongside athletes and their families, helping them navigate every step of the journey with honesty, transparency, and genuine care. Whether it’s finding the right college, understanding eligibility, navigating admissions, or preparing for life beyond graduation, we’re committed to making one of the biggest decisions of an athlete’s life feel a little less overwhelming—and a lot more achievable.

How We Work

Every athlete’s journey begins with understanding who they are—not just as a competitor, but as a student and a person. We evaluate athletic ability, academic background, goals, personality, and long-term aspirations before building a recruiting strategy tailored to their profile.

From there, we identify universities where the athlete has a genuine opportunity to succeed. Using our recruiting platform, international network, and relationships with college coaches, we execute targeted outreach while continuously refining the strategy based on coach feedback and new opportunities.

Recruiting is rarely a straight line. That’s why we stay involved throughout the entire process—tracking conversations, coordinating introductions, preparing athletes for meetings with coaches, comparing offers, navigating admissions, NCAA eligibility, financial aid, visas, and every important decision along the way.

We believe communication is just as important as results. Families always know what has been done, what opportunities are developing, and what the next steps look like. Our goal isn’t simply to help athletes receive offers—it’s to ensure they make informed decisions and find the environment where they can succeed academically, athletically, and personally.
