MEET OUR TEAM
Founder / CEO at TASG
A former professional basketball player and Hungarian youth national team athlete, Chester founded TASG after experiencing the U.S. scholarship pathway first-hand. The agency was created to provide athletes and families with professional guidance throughout the recruiting process — including evaluation, exposure to college programs, scholarship placement, and transition into collegiate athletics.
Prior to founding TASG, Chester earned an athletic scholarship
to Whittier College, where he competed in NCAA basketball before continuing his career professionally in Hungary.
Today, Chester leads TASG’s global recruiting network, working closely with athletes, coaches, and performance professionals to create opportunities for student-athletes to compete at the collegiate level while pursuing higher education in the United States.
Co-Founder / Educational advisor & NIL Director at TASG
With several years of experience advising students on international academic pathways, Petra has helped young athletes identify and pursue educational opportunities abroad. Her work focuses on guiding athletes through the recruiting process from admission requirements and cultural transitions to long-term educational planning.
Petra brings a global perspective shaped by her studies in the United States and Denmark, as well as her experience as a competitive swimmer. Her background allows her to understand the discipline required to succeed in sport while helping student-athletes build pathways that combine academic achievement, athletic development, and future career opportunities.
At TASG, she works closely with athletes to ensure recruiting decisions align with both academic goals and long-term development, while also helping them build their personal brands and understand how Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities can complement their collegiate experience.
